Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Please allow 7-12 business days for the arrival of your order. For US delivery you may choose standard, priority, or overnight shipping. Free standard shipping within the US. International shipping fee starts at $25 USD. You will see available shipping options at checkout. Once your jewelry order is complete, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation. We deliver all our jewelry in beautiful organza protector gift bags and boxes. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Once packages leave our studio, they are the responsibility of the shipping provider. We cannot refund, exchange or ship replacements for lost merchandise without payment according to our normal terms.

It is suggested that you first contact us for order and shipping details. All payment types require verification and it is important that you maintain email communication with us so we can process your order effectively. Your order will not be processed until we can verify your payment.
Currently sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in California.
Return & Exchange
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept return and exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item. We do not accept any returns after 14 days.
Returns must be authorized by emailing info [at] hoveylee.com prior to returning your item. No refund will be given for items returned without authorization. Return and exchange policy for each product varies and may be noted on each item detail page. All sale items, hair accessories, and custom made/special order items cannot be returned.
Original shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refundable amount. This is to cover the S/H cost even though the original shipping may be offered free to the customer. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once you receive your Return number, pack the item(s) securely and ship back via an insured FedEx or UPS shipment. Products returned must be in unused conditions with original tags and packaging and must be mailed in a box or heavily padded mailer to protect the merchandise. We will automatically reject any returns received in regular envelopes. We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.
Credit refund is made after we receive, inspect and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within one to two billing cycles. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and credit your account once they have received the information from us.
For international shipments, any shipping, custom duties or taxes are not refundable.
If an item in your order is not avaliable, or if there are any other problems with your order that may cause a delay, we will contact you via email. We frequently add new items and remove items that are sold out or discontinued. Caring for Your Jewelry
To preserve the natural finish of the jewelry, avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, face lotion, hand lotion and other chemicals. The rule of thumb for protecting your jewelry is to always put it on last. Gemstones, pearls and sterling silver can all be cleaned safely with a soft non-abrasive cloth. Store jewelry in clean, dry and fabric-lined boxes. Try to store each item untouched by others to stop scratching and if transporting always pack each item securely and separately again to avoid contact damage and tangling. Finally, do not forget to utilize the protector bag. All Hovey Lee jewelries come with a protection cloth bag that helps you protect your jewelries from dust or scratches when it is kept in storage or not in use.
It is natural for all metals, especially silver, to oxidize with exposure to air, keep it in an air-tight bag or in an anti-tarnish pouches. In the case that your sterling silver jewelry tarnishes, you can restore its shine by polishing with a polishing cloth or using a store bought liquid cleaner. Read the instructions on these cleaning tools carefully as they may not be suitable to your piece of jewelry.
We offer one resizing free of charge within 7 business days of receipt. Please note however that some rings may not be resizable. In those cases we would offer either an exchange or credit. Please contact us for your resizing needs.
Hovey Lee will gladly handle any repairs free of charge that are result of normal wear or during shipment within 60 days of order. After 60 days we will repair your jewelry for a small service/materials and shipping fee.
Repairs must be authorized by email at info [at] hoveylee.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
